"We rented a car from this place for 10 days, and I can assure you that you might not find better. So we had our flight cancelled on the day where we had to give the car back, because of a snowstorm, and the only flight available was a day prior. We got to know that information at around 11 pm and we needed to give the car back a day before somehow, because if not, we would be stuck in Cancún for 2 days without an Airbnb or hotel. We called royal rentals number expecting no answer but to our surprise the manager answered and gave us a solution and a drop off location, where his relatives would pick up the car, despite being closed and us being very last minute. We rented a Kia Rio, a very economic 5 door car and not only the car was in perfect condition, clean and overall had 0 problems, the staff were super sweet and the manager even got out of his way to help us, even after closing time. 100% will rent from them again!"
